Subscription Refunds

48-Hour Evaluation Period
- We offer a 48-hour evaluation period for new subscriptions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase
- The service must not have been used for more than 100 API calls

After 48 Hours
- After the 48-hour period, refunds are generally not provided
- Exceptions may be made only for:
- Extended service outages (>24 hours)
- Billing errors
- Legal requirements

Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 48-hour period
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for early cancellation
How to Request a Refund
- Email our support team at support@xtyphoon.zeniqle.com
- Include your:
- Account email
- Order/Transaction ID
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Number of API calls made (if any)
Refund Processing
- Valid refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees are non-refundable
Exceptions
We do not provide refunds for:
- Service usage exceeding 100 API calls
- Misuse of the service
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Accounts terminated due to policy violations
- Requests made after the 48-hour evaluation period
