At XTyphoon, we aim to provide high-quality services to our customers. This refund policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding refunds.

Subscription Refunds

  1. 48-Hour Evaluation Period

    • We offer a 48-hour evaluation period for new subscriptions
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase
    • The service must not have been used for more than 100 API calls
  2. After 48 Hours

    • After the 48-hour period, refunds are generally not provided
    • Exceptions may be made only for:
      • Extended service outages (>24 hours)
      • Billing errors
      • Legal requirements
  3. Annual Subscriptions

    • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 48-hour period
    • No pro-rated refunds are provided for early cancellation

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our support team at support@xtyphoon.zeniqle.com
  2. Include your:
    • Account email
    • Order/Transaction ID
    • Detailed reason for refund request
    • Number of API calls made (if any)

Refund Processing

  • Valid refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing fees are non-refundable

Exceptions

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Service usage exceeding 100 API calls
  • Misuse of the service
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Accounts terminated due to policy violations
  • Requests made after the 48-hour evaluation period
